Find your calling at Mercy! The Mercy HaH Patient Associate License Practical Nurse (LPN) provides day-to-day hospital-based operations and logistics support to the HaH clinical team. The Patient Associate (LPN) is a key member of the HaH operations team and is the 'glue' supporting all hospital-based logistics prior to HaH admission. The LPN is a high-energy, patient-facing team member who coordinates and supports an exceptional patient/family experience during the HaH admission process. The Patient Associate (LPN) utilizes nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of the HaH Admitting MD/APP (the clinician responsible for screening, consenting, and admitting all HaH patients). Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy HaH mission, values, and the service standard.
